1.		Search for sites to trade links with.
2.		Send an email to those sites requesting a trade.
3.		Wait for each site to reply to your request.
4.					Accept Participant 1 request for trade.
5.		Add the html for the link to Participant 2 onto the appropriate page.  Save and publish the page and check that the link looks correct and that it actually works.
6.		Notify Participant 2 that their link has been added and you would appreciate them adding their link back to you.
7.		Wait for Participant 2 to add their link back.
8.					Verify that participant 1 added the link correctly and that it works.
9.					Add the html for the link to Participant 1 onto the appropriate page.  Save and publish the page and check that the link looks correct and that it actually works.
10.					Notify Participant 1 that their link has been added!
11.		Verify that participant 2 added the link correctly and that it works.
